David is a writer and professor of Theory of Literature and Comparative Literature at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, ​​where he also directs the Group of Studies on the Fantastic (GEF) and BrumalResearch Magazine on the Fantastic. 

As a scholar, he is a specialist in the fantastic in contemporary Spanish culture.

He is the author of several volumes of short stories and micro-stories, having been the winner in 2010 of the VIII Setenil Prize for the best Spanish short story book of the year, and a finalist for the XII Setenil Prize (2014). He has also published the novels Bloody Celluloid and The Koala’s Strategy.

David is the author of “Dimensión desconocida” (“Twilight Zone”) in PROCÉS STORIES.
